CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients, please review our cancellation policy: 📅 Appointment Cancellations We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. 🚫 No-Shows Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the service cost. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings. ⏰ Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Late arrivals that cannot be accommodated may be treated as a no-show. 💳 Deposits A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits will go toward your total service cost. If you cancel within the allowed time (24+ hours), your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment. ❤️ Emergency Situations We understand that emergencies happen.
